From Airport – Customers must give the correct flight information in order for us to track the flight. We will wait for 1 hour after the flight has landed. After 1 hour, it will be a “No Show.” In case of an incorrect flight information, we will wait 1 hour from the specified time of pickup. We will not be responsible for flight time irregularity.
To Airport – The passenger must allow enough time for the flight when reserving a pickup with us. We will not be responsible for natural causes and traffic issues that can cause our derivers to be late.
Cancellation – Give us 12 hours prior notice and we will refund the full payment.
No show – Passengers who are not present or contact the Dispatch or Driver within One hour from Airport pick up or 30 min from everywhere else is considered a “No Show.” There will be no refund. i.e. passengers are fully responsible for the full fair of that particular reservation.
Smoking is NOT permitted in any of our vehicles
